In today’s challenging times, harnessing the potential of work teams can be a critical enabler of success for many organisations. However, teams can often find themselves embroiled in unhelpful and destructive conflict which undermines their performance and contribution to organisational goals.

This one-day workshop is aimed at Managers, Team Leaders or HR professionals with a role in supporting teams and teamworking. The programme explains the common causes of conflict and how the symptoms manifest themselves. It then takes attendees through a step-by-step guide to dealing with the destructive conflict.

This programme uses Graphite’s Team Diagnostic Profiler-TDP™ as a tool to identify the root cause of a specific team’s issues and the actions to resolve. Attendees will also get a personal Conflict Management Styles Report.

This workshop is also available on an in-house basis.
