Simon Mac Rory, CEO of Graphite HRM will be speaking at a one day conference in Dublin on March 25th 2009 tilted "The Challenge Facing HR in a Recession." The conference is being presented in association with the Irish Times and Deloitte. Simon will speak on the important issue of performance management and its critical role in today's challenging times. He will also launch as part of his presentation the findings of the Graphite (March 2009) National Survey on Performance Management Practices. Graphite have negotiated a significant discount for our customers from €350 plus vat (€425.25) to €150 plus vat, a total of €182.25 for this one day event.
