Inputs from Project Team Personnel

There is a requirement for a considerable involvement in the surveying process to maximize its success There is no way around this requirement if an effective process is to be rolled out.

A project team needs to be established who can guarantee the delivery of the required information in the pre-survey period, support the communication process pre-survey and during data collection and ensure the smooth roll-out of the feedback. The project team must be in a position to make final decisions in respect of the survey and be of sufficient seniority to gain whatever co-operation is required from the business lines as necessary.

We recommend the following composition of the project team:-

This team will meet regularly at all stages throughout the project. In the pre-survey phase it is estimated they will need to meet for two (2) full days within the first six-week period and weekly thereafter for review sessions. One (1) full time experienced ODP person should be seconded to implement the project for the duration. They should have excellent knowledge of both ODP and the organisation, and should become involved in management briefings, employee support and feedback.
