Methodology
The Survey MethodologyGraphite's survey solutions have been developed to enable leaders of the organisation to be able to distinguish between symptomatic conditions and root cause issues.
For a measure to be a stimulus for action, management need to feel convinced they have valid responses to pertinent questions. Providing management with data on levels of morale, job satisfaction and happiness at work, is only providing analysis of symptomatic conditions within the business and not what is causing them.

Graphite's survey solutions focus on identifying the barriers to performance within an organisation to enable HR and management to make more informed decisions on the corrective action required.
To achieve this, Graphite has developed sophisticated survey diagnostic tools, based on a proven and widely respected organisational development model.
Through a 90-item questionnaire, with additional questions developed by the business, the survey elicits employee perception of 6 factors common to all organisations: goals, structure, relationships, climate, leadership and process. Detailed analysis is available immediately providing insight on the following:
- How well people link their job to the organisation's goals
- How people perceive the climate and morale
- The extent to which people and business units support each other
- How managers support their employees to perform
- The key differences between departments
- Organisational strengths and weaknesses
- How the organisation compares to industry norms
- Why a certain result emerges and what to address
