Team Diagnostic Profiler (TDP)

The Team Diagnostic Profiler is a powerful tool and framework from Graphite for improving the performance of a team. Use of TDP™ demonstrates how effectively a team is working, and what, if any, are the areas of improvement. It uses objective feedback from team members to measure the effectiveness of the team:
