Senior Team Facilitation
Introducing the concept of “training” to senior managers and top teams is generally not very popular. Yet many times senior teams have not stepped back to evaluate how effectively they are working/performing , or actively avoid intervention because they may have to deal with dysfunctional behaviour patterns. Based on our experience from a range of senior teams, Graphite's approach is to facilitate senior teams to review how well they are working together, from both the individual and team perspective, and identify what they as a team need to achieve together, and contract on how they will support each other. Below we outline a number of approaches to supporting leaders to be more effective.
