History and Background:
Founded in 1993 as the Simon Mac Rory Consulting Partnership the company became Graphite HRM Limited in 1997. Graphite is a wholly owned Irish company with a mind set of innovation seeing what everyone else sees but thinking what nobody else has thought. Our mission is to:

| 1998 | • Patent Granted for ODP (Organisational Diagnostic Profiler) |
| 1998 | • First Internet version of ODP released |
| 1999 | • Young and Rubicam become first USA client with roll out of ODP |
| 2000 | • USA office opened on Park Avenue New York |
| 2002 | • Camelot Group Plc (UK National Lottery) become the first UK Client with the roll out of ODP |
| 2003 | • TDP (Team Diagnostic Profiler) launched |
| 2004 | • Policy Handbook service launched |
| 2004 | • UK Office opened on New Bond Street. |
