Agreeing and maintaining a coaching contract.

Use of constructive feedback
Understanding the nature of feedback and the elements of effective feedback. How best to use this in the coaching relationship.

Coaching Steps/Styles
Strategies and techniques to deliver improved performance for the individual and the team.

Techniques to deal with underperformance
Identifying underperformance and adopting appropriate strategies to deal with it.
