With the recent changes to the Employment Permits Acts 2003 & 2006, and on-going changes to government regulations in the area of employing Foreign Nationals, many employers report difficulties in knowing what their obligations and entitlements in this area are. This half-day workshop is designed to achieve the following objectives:
- To understand an employer’s legal obligations when recruiting a non-Irish National;
- To be comfortable applying the law to practice;
- To find the right candidate through the Selection Interview process;
- To understand current Government Procedure.
