This 2-hour briefing session will concentrate on providing an overview of current employment law in Ireland and aims to help Employers and People Managers to " de-risk " their organisation by understanding the common pitfalls and knowing some of the basic steps to become compliant with employment law.
It will look at the top 10 mistakes that Employers make during the life cycle of the employment relationship, starting from the initial contract stage, all the way through to redundancy or dismissal.
