The content of this half day workshop will include:
- Prepare employers in advance of a hearing in front of a Rights Commissioner, Employment Appeals Tribunal, Labour Court or Equality Tribunal
- Provide details on the requirements of each forum, as well as providing practical instructions on how to prepare a case in advance of the hearing
- Provide delegates will the opportunity to prepare for a hearing and practice their skills in a mock hearing
We will also provide practical answers to your questions on the day.
