PRE-REDUNDANCY
Pre-Redundancy - the Graphite Team meet with the senior managers concerned to assess or develop their redundancy plan
- Evaluate the legal "soundness" of existing plans
- The strategic impact it will have on the organisation
- How to cover any gaps that redundancies may leave
- Assess costs, options and timing
- Trade Union response, if applicable

PLANNING
Pre-Redundancy - Communications
Graphite prepares a series of announcements
- These could be collective redundancy notice to the Minister or in-house staff announcements,
- Can also include external press releases
