Organisational Diagnosis & Development:

Graphite's Organizational Diagnostic Profiler (ODP™) measures current state of organisational effectiveness, facilitating organizational development and improvement
ODP is a fully automated employee survey which measures the six conditions outlined in our philosophy (LINK). ODP facilitates proper understanding of these conditions through the eyes of the employees. Following subsequent intervention ODP measures improvements, normally once or twice a year. The organization therefore consistently tracks progress and continually refines and improves performance. ODP is a 90 item questionnaire, which takes 30 minutes to complete. Results are available immediately and can be fed back to the organisation without delay. ODP is backed by comprehensive market norm data.

Graphite's Team Diagnostic Profiler (TDP™) measures team effectiveness on an ongoing basis providing a structured process for team development
TDP is a 12 item questionnaire designed for quick implementation by at any organizational level. TDP is used with intact teams. It is not a macro-organizational instrument. Running from the Graphite Website TDP takes 5 minutes to complete. Results are available immediately for the team. TDP is used between ODP surveys to provide a constant check to teams and leaders.

Clients can license ODP and TDP directly, either managing their implementation or retaining Graphite to mange the products on their behalf.

ODP and TDP provide objective data, removing assumption from the decision making process, creating a clear benchmark against which subsequent actions and interventions can be evaluated.
