Leadership Development
Graphite's leadership interventions focus on people management practices which will increase the contribution of each employee. In addition to facilitating top teams, we work with middle managers to review their approach to leadership, understand different styles, take account of multi-source feedback, learn new skills and strategies, and to take action as a result. We build on the strengths of managers and increase their focus on effective people management activities. We emphasise their role in providing direction to employees, in supporting/enabling individuals to carry out their roles, and unblocking barriers to performance.
We focus on skills practice and application based on each organisation's strategy and culture. We regularly use modular programmes to support managers to apply their learning and put changes into practice between modules. We believe the impact of every leadership interventions has to be measured, and we work with organisations on how to implement such evaluation measures and use employee feedback to recognise improvements.
